Client Services Specialist

IRONBEAM, a CME Group Clearing Member and Futures Commission Merchant has multiple
openings for a Client Services Support Representative. The candidate will report directly to the
firm’s Senior Management and will be responsible for the following as well as other duties as


• Risk management with futures and options trading, including executing trades
• Assist customers in a variety of issues
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Monitor system processing with training provided
• Assisting current and prospective customers on using our technology
• Assisting new customers with the onboarding and registration process
• Troubleshooting trading software and setting up customer’s for access to trading systems
• Assisting with the firm’s back office operations on an as-needed basis.


• Commodities industry experience: 1 year minimum
• Knowledge of futures and options industry is a must
• Outlook and General Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of industry trading platforms and technology
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy periods
• Series 3 Registration is preferred and training is available
